Stock Rooted
tinggal flash OTA ZIP diatas yang sesuai dengan versi Android yang sedang digunakan di CWM. Sebelumnya dianjurkan melakukan wipe cache dan dalvik-cache.

sudah tidak bisa, kecuali masih di Gingerbread. Penjelasan:

Menggunakan cara ini akan mengakibatkan data-data hilang, kecuali yang ada di /sdcard. Tidak perlu rooted, yang penting sudah unlocked bootloadernya. cara untuk unlock bootloader ada di pejwan. Pastikan di PC sudah terpasang driver2 GN, termasuk fastboot.exe, adbwinapi.dll, adbwinusbapi.dll, kalo belum, silakan baca di pejwan. Dan letakkan factory image satu folder dengan file2 tersebut, dan apabila file hasil donlotan berekstensi .tar, rename terlebih dahulu menjadi .tgz, baru di-extract.

1. Matikan GN.
2. Nyalakan GN ke Bootloader/Fastboot Mode
3. Tancapkan kabel data dari GN ke PC
4. Masuk ke CMD di PC, arahkan ke folder dimana fastboot.exe berada.
5. Ketik fastboot devices, pastikan device terdeteksi.
6. Ketik perintah2 berikut ini satu per satu (filename-nya tolong disesuaikan) dan pantau hasilnya di layar GN maupun CMD, pastikan selalu SUCCESSFUL:

7. Apabila berhasil, maka GN telah ter-upgrade menjadi JB 4.1.2 JZO54K.

OTA Notification Trick
supaya dapet notification OTA lebih cepet, ada triknya:

1. Masuk Settings > Manage Apps -> All -> Google Services Framework: Clear Data
2. Dial *#*#2432546#*#* (a.k.a. *#*#checkin#*#*)
3. OTA Notification akan muncul di Notification Bar anda
4. Touch Reboot & Install
5. Tunggu sampai proses berhasil

using Custom ROM JB 4.1.2-based
backup GN anda via CWM (Nandroid Backup), WIPE ALL, flash Custom ROM JB 4.1.2 yang telah di-donlot.
